1935 August 22 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Birth of Thomas Kane. 1942 June 26 Hoboken, New Jersey - Birth of Martha White. 1966 June 25 New York, New York - Wedding of Thomas Kane and Martha White. 1967 October 4 Patterson, New Jersey - Birth of Thomas Kane, Jr. 1971 June 28 Nassau County, Long Island, New York - Birth of Cameron Kaneo. 1972 January 5 Brooklyn, New York, New York - Thomas Kane opens Kane Electrical, the small electronics firm that will eventually become the multi-national conglomerate KaneCorp. 1981 August 13 Harlem, New York, New York - Affluent young boys Camerono and Thomas Kane, Jr. find themselves in a bad part of town after taking the wrong bus. They are assaulted by an angel-dust crazed gang member who shoots at Cameron, but Thomas steps in front of the bullet and dies. {"The Milk of Paradise"} Cameron is found by EMTs and is "non-responsive", perfectly able to follow directions, but refusing to communicate in any way. August 20 New York, New York - Thomas Kane has Camerono transferred to a private psychiatric hospital in upstate New York when his condition shows no sign of improving. 1982 August 13 Upstate New York - Cameron Kaneo becomes responsive again. He remembers nothing of the last year, including his brother's death, although he is informed of it. December 24 Nassau County, Long Island, New York - Cameron Kaneo is released from the hospital and returns to his parents' home, seemingly fully recovered. 1995 August 13 New York, New York - The Knight-Watchmano personality takes control of Cameron Kane for the first time. Donning a ski mask, he breaks up a small drug deal and stops an attempted rape. The personality will not surface again for another decade. 2005 August 13 New York, New York - The Knight-Watchmano surfaces again in Cameron Kane. This time wearing a black full-face Halloween mask, he cripples a mugger beating on an old woman for not having enough money. Happening upon a pimp assaulting a prostitute, he drops the pimp from a four story building, causing multiple injuries and breaking several bones. He surfaces more frequently over the next year, amassing costumes, weapons, equipment and secret mini-bases around the New York area. 2006 July 10 Steel Canyon, Paragon City, Rhode Island - Cameron Kaneo is sent to Paragon City to head up the KaneCorp division there. July 13 Steel Canyon, Paragon City, Rhode Island - The Knight-Watchmano is seen in Paragon City for the first time. August 23 New York, New York - Thomas Kane retires and names his son Camerono as CEO of KaneCorp. Cameron remains in Paragon City while retaining the head offices in New York. 2007 July 17 - Paragon City, Rhode Island - The Knight-Watchmano, Cut-Upo, Decorumo, Kid Decorumo, Deportmento, USAceo, Nuclear-Warheado, Thunoro, Scarlet Willo and Dragyno battle the Masque of Red Deatho, Count Camuso and Discourtesyo. The Knight-Watchman, Cut-Up, Deportment, Kid Decorum, USAce, Nuclear-Warhead and Dragyn all join the Legion of Valor afterward. {"Destiny's Children"*} December 9 Striga Isle, Paragon City, Rhode Island - The Knight-Watchmano is injected by the Council with an experimental lycanthropy formula. He begins to change into a were-bat creature under the light of a full moon. |
