He takes a spirit name of Shadow Eagle. 1870 September 17 Abilene, Kansas - John Owlfeather first adopts the identity of the Black Bullseyeo to stop some cattle poachers. 1872 May 24 New York, New York - "Timber Trail Justice", the first of twenty-two dime novels starring the Black Bullseyeo is published. The author's name is given as Edmond Justice. 1878 March 22 Southwestern Kansas - The Black Bullseyeo discovers a temporal flaw out on the plains. He enters the Limboverse. {"The Time-Lost"} July 17 Chronopolis, The Limboverse - Anachronus Caesar returns and takes the Grand Chronarcho prisoner. Without the Chronarch's control, temporal flaws begin appearing throughout Earth's history and many heroic types enter the Limboverse, among them USAceo. After Anachronus Caesar's defeat, USAce returns to present-day Paragon City with eight "Time-Lost" in tow.
