ORIGIN & HISTORY: A super-hero fanboy, William Jefferson grew up in Wisconsin wanting nothing more than to join their ranks. But, with no powers, he could only train himself the best he could. A crack shot, he now hones his abilities in the service of Paragon City. After fumbling their first meeting during the Infinity Crisis, Will eventually convinced Deportment to go out with him and they have been off and on dating since. Will was forced to take a couple of years leave from super-heroing to care for his invalid mother after her stroke. He returned to Paragon City shortly following her death. POWERS & ABILITIES: Will has no powers of his own, but years of training have rendered him an incredibly fast and accurate shot with a bow. In addition, he packs his quiver with high tech arrows that have various affects, including freezing, fire, explosions, oil slicks, ropes, webs, glue, acid and blinding light. He uses is a collapsible compound bow that, with his quiver, fits neatly into an unassuming gym duffel.
