~3300 B.C.E.

Athens, Greece - A quick-thinking woman named Pandora saves the village from a plague, but succumbs to it herself. The Titan Prometheus returns her to her village to become the first Mytheriao.

19th Century


1896
July 3 Baltimore, Maryland - Birth of Miranda Hamiltono.

20th Century

The '00s


1902
April 27 Baltimore, Maryland - Miranda Hamilton dies of whooping cough and is made into a new Mytheriao by the Greek Titan Prometheus. She remains in a coma while she roams the realms of imagination for several years.

1905
May 13 Baltimore, Maryland - Miranda Hamiltono awakens, vividly remembering her times in the imaginary realms. Over the summer, she tells story upon story to her nurse in attendance, Calliope Bonham.

October 1 Baltimore, Maryland - Miranda Hamiltono and her parents move to Brighton, England.

1907
September 7 Boston, Massachusetts - Calliope Bonham publishes "Mary Mytheriao and the Wondrous World of Imagination", a children's book and the first in a series of twelve.

The '10s


1914
August 23 Mons, Belgium - Joining the English troops in their attack, Mary Mytheriao is killed by bursting artillery fire. She uses the last of her ability to create dozens of ethereal doppelgangers of herself that fight on until the battle is done.

The '20s


1920
December 19 New York, New York - Birth of Bridget Connellyo.

The '30s


1936
May 27 Chicago, Illinois - Weird Tales Magazine buys "The Black Pool", the first of many stories from Bridget Connellyo using "Marston Moulton" as a pseudonym.

The '40s


1941
December 8 New York, New York - Fiery Bridget Connelly's extreme desire to defend her country after Pearl Harbor attracts the attention of Prometheus. For the first time he endows an already living being with his power. Bridget will wear the mantle of Mytheriao longer than any woman in history.

1942
February 9 New York, New York - Mytheriao gets national press by capturing saboteurs involved in the sinking of the SS Normandie in New York Harbor.

May 23 Los Angeles, California - A cheesecake pin-up poster of Mytheriao is published, with all proceeds going to the war effort.

June 30 London England - A B-17 bomber crew christens their new plane "Winged Victory" and paints the image of Mytheria'so pin-up on the nose.

September 12 London, England - Mytheriao joins the war effort in Europe.

1943
January 6 New York, New York - With permission, Mytheriao is used as the lead feature in Powerful Comics #4.

March 14 Boulogne, France - Mytheriao meets the Freedom Phalanx, as their missions cross paths in France.

June 17 New York, New York - The comic book Mytheriao #1 is published.

1944
June 6 Normandy, France - The D-Day invasion. Mytheriao teams with the Freedom Phalanx in the super-powered assault.

1949
May 26 Ultima Thule - While exploring the realms of the imagination, Mytheriao discovers the primitive civilization of Ultima Thule. She becomes their queen and spends several years ruling the jungle kingdom.

The '50s


1955
May 14 New York, New York - Mytheriao leaves Ultima Thule. She will return for short periods many times over the years.

1956
January 17 New York, New York - Again using the name "Marston Moulton", Bridget Connellyo takes over as the writer of the Mytheria comic book. She spends three years writing tales of Mytheria in Ultima Thule before sales eventually slide so far down that she is fired. The comic book returns to more standard super-hero fare.

The '60s


1963
June 3 Washington, D.C. - Mytheriao declines Freedom Phalanx membership due to their full identity disclosure policy, but has several adventures with them over the years.

The '70s


1972
July 7 New York, New York - Mytheriao and Miss Liberty share the cover of an historic first issue of Ms. Magazine.

The '80s


1985
March 18 Washington, D.C. - Bridget Connelly retires as Mytheriao forgoing physical existence to live forever in Ultima Thule.

The '90s


1991
January 1 Leeds, England - The previously unknown Gemma Flameso takes up the mantle of Mytheriao at the request of the Greek Titan Prometheus, but refuses to use the name.

1992
May 6 London, England - An unauthorized documentary on Gemma Flameso, "The Spirit of the '90s" is released.

2000
December 31 London, England - Gemma Flameso saves a woman and a child from a gang, but falls into an ambush. She is riddled with automatic gunfire and dies, immolating the whole building and taking her attackers with her.

21st Century


2001
September 11 New York, New York - Reporter Ramona de Vasquezo is crushed to death by rubble falling from the World Trade Center. She begins a conversation with the Greek Titan Prometheus on the astral plane.

2008
May 25 Atlas Park, Paragon City, Rhode Island - Ramona de Vasquez finishes her conversation with Prometheus on the astral plane and is returned to physical reality as the new Mytheriao. She joins the Legion of Valor almost immediately.

August 19 Overbrook, Paragon City, Rhode Island - Gemma Flameso assumes the form of Mytheriao to give Ramona de Vasquez lessons on the uses of imagination over self.

2009
February 28 Overbrook, Paragon City, Rhode Island - Ramona de Vasquez resumes the Mytheriao form.

May 31 Croatoa, Rhode Island - Bridget Connelly assumes the form of Mytheriao to give Ramona de Vasquez lessons on the uses of imagination over the environment.
