ORIGIN: Jackson Shatter, like his father and grandfather before him, was a military man. He joined the U.S. Army shortly after World War I on his 18th birthday. By the time World War II broke out, he had been promoted to Sergeant and enjoyed his position, not seeking to gain officer rank, preferring to be a fighting man in the trenches. He served tours in Africa, Italy and was there on Omaha Beach during D-Day. He later moved to the Pacific Theater, mopping up after Iwo Jima and Okinawa. It was on his return to the States that he became embroiled in the adventure of the time-traveling USAce known as "The Time-Lost" and was stranded in the present. He fights for Paragon City as he fought for his comrades as he awaits his rotation home.
