ORIGIN: Green Jack comes from a prehistoric past, when the Cro-Magnon had only recently attained supremacy over the Neanderthal. He is not human, but an embodiment of nature itself. He had incredibly vast powers in the past, but when dragged to our time during the events of "The Time-Lost", his powers were greatly reduced by to our current pollutants and basic disrespect of the environment. He remains to fight for life itself amidst the concrete and steel towers of Paragon City.
